about

This one's mine, my only solo track on the album. I wanted to make a sequel to Santa's A Sex Criminal for this year's holiday season. Originally it had completely different lyrics, sort of like the frantic style heard in Sheep by Pink Floyd, from which this took heavy inspiration; but it devolved into a cover of both Deck The Halls and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. To be quite honest, I prefer the demo version- this one seems a little bit over produced, and the vocoder is way too loud in this mix compared to the mono mix.

lyrics

God rest ye merry gentlemen, let nothing you dismay.
Remember Christ our Savior was born on Christmas Day.
To save us all from Satan's pow'r when we were gone astray.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.

Ho, ho, ho...

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight...
